As a secondary antioxidant and color inhibitor, Triphenyl Phosphite chelates metal ions and decomposes hydroperoxides, delivering outstanding clarity and thermal stability.
Mainly used as an auxiliary stabilizer and chelating agent in rigid and plasticized PVC formulations. Improves transparency, suppresses thermal discoloration, and pairs synergistically with Ba/Cd and Ba/Zn soaps.
Acts as a reactive flame retardant and viscosity reducer in epoxy coatings and encapsulation systems. Improves cured resin mechanical flexibility, thermal oxidation endurance, and initial color retention.
Applied in SBR, polybutadiene, and thermoplastic elastomers (SBS/SIS). Prevents gel formation, preserves Mooney viscosity during drying and calendaring, and prevents yellowing under high shear.
Protects polyether polyols from scorching and discoloration during polyurethane slabstock foam production. Works effectively alongside hindered phenolic antioxidants to minimize yellow core defects.
Essential raw material in the synthesis of alkyl diphenyl phosphites, trialkyl phosphites, organophosphorus pesticides, pharmaceutical catalysts, and advanced engineering plastic flame retardants.
Serves as an anti-wear and extreme pressure additive in industrial lubricants, hydraulic fluids, and transmission fluids, reducing friction and extending oil life through oxidation inhibition.
Founded in 1985, Changhe Chemical is a high-tech leader dedicated exclusively to phosphite antioxidants and functional additives. Situated in Zhenjiang New District’s New Material Industrial Park, our advanced facility ensures uncompromised reliability and scale.
Equipped with proprietary synthesis technology including low-phenol and eco-friendly specifications designed for high-end international buyers in Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.

From raw material phosphorus trichloride and phenol incoming inspection to finished batch gas chromatography testing.
Rigorous spectroscopic and chromatographic purity validation on all PCl₃ and phenol feedstocks before charging into reactor vessels.
Automated process control monitors key reaction conditions such as temperature, vacuum, and reflux to improve batch consistency.
Purification and vacuum treatment are used to control residuals, color, and other critical quality parameters before final release.
Each production batch is assigned a traceable lot number and released only after final quality inspection.
Audited and certified under strict international manufacturing standards. Original test reports and certificates are available on demand with every shipment.

Triphenyl Phosphite should be protected from moisture during storage and transport. Packaging, sealing method, and bulk-shipment options can be confirmed according to order quantity and destination.
Answers to common commercial and technical questions from international procurement teams.
The standard shelf life is 12 months from production date when stored unopened in original nitrogen-sealed containers at room temperature (15–30°C) in a dry, ventilated area. Avoid exposure to water or moist air.
TPP has a freezing/crystallization point between 19°C and 24°C. In cold weather, it naturally crystallizes into a solid white mass. This is a normal physical property and does not degrade quality. Gently warm to 30–40°C with water bath or warm room before pumping.
Yes. Testing samples are available on request for formulation evaluation. Sample quantity, packaging, courier terms, and accompanying documents are confirmed by our sales team based on destination and application.
With our 50,000 MT annual production, regular drum inventory is maintained. Typical lead time from order confirmation and deposit to dispatch is 7–15 working days, depending on order quantity, packaging, and shipping schedule.
International transport requirements are handled according to the current SDS, destination regulations, carrier requirements, and shipping mode. Our export team can provide the applicable transport information and supporting documents for your shipment.
Custom specification discussions are available for qualified bulk projects. Please share your required limits for color, acid value, residuals, application, and regulatory needs so our technical team can confirm feasibility.
